The band's history begins in Argentina in middle 1998, when Diego Ribeiro
(guitar) contacts Horacio Carrizo (bass), who joined the structure also made up
by vocals and drums. After some shows, the first desertion takes place, which
forces them to start a long search for a drummer, and in May of 1999, Sergio
Vazquez (former Vehemencia and Manifiesto) arrives, and he had to adapt to the
addition of sequenced keyboards. After a few more shows, the band loses the
vocalist, what implies the end of the music style developed by the band so
far.
After some more time, the remaining band members decide to start
a new project, where all of their musical tastes would be involved, and they
began looking for a vocalist to join the project while starting the composition
of the new songs -which lyrics would focus on social, real subjects, not
fictitious (as usual in the genre). Orchestral arrangements, fast and slow
harmonious melodies, and a vocal choir are added to the double-bass drumming,
distorted guitars, and progressive-like sections. This results in the songs
going through different atmospheres, which constitutes a characteristic of the
band.
After a long time auditioning many vocalists, in June 2003,
Alejandro Fernandez (former Magiar) joins the band for recording only, at first,
but later decides to join the project, taking part also in the
songwriting.
"...In the Arms of
Decadence", their first long play album,
is released in September 2007 in Argentina, and in October 2007 in
